“Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in the Spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and his worshipers must worship in the Spirit and in truth.” John4:23-24
The practice of soaking helps those who want to be found by God. It’s all about encountering God and being changed by these encounters. We share with you anointed Art that inspire us to connect with the reality of the present moment, where the promises of God’s Presence are embedded.
18 And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lords glory, are being transformed into his image with ever-increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit. 2 Corinthians 3:18
Soaking anchors us in the present moment so that for a time God doesn’t have to run after us everywhere, and by doing so we become sensitized to His presence.
And then yes! spiritual experiences occur, we are deeply touched by Him, we experience revelations, the Father’s love is felt, darkness flees, lies are silenced, despair leaks a away, because we stand close to the Master, we fellowship with Him, just as if we were having a meal with Him.
At home, at work, on the road, wherever we find ourselves, we can stop and soak, with or without music – it is a posture we take to be aware of God’s presence and reality.
God wants spirit and truth to be the core value of our worship, He wants us to be real and honest with where we’re at about everything that pertains to us and our lives. This is real for Him. He does really care.
